I'm in it for the real shit.

#1 I'm in this to capture the real shit. The intimacy, the love, the fingers intertwining, the butt grab, the laughs, the tears. The confident smirk, the stretch marks and scars, the rolls, the beauty. It's all part of your story and I want to capture it, wrap it up in a bow, and preserve it for you. Sometimes I think about what it would be like to be 70 years old and stumble upon a boudoir photo of myself back when I was in my twenties. We are all hard on ourselves sometimes; we look in the mirror and pick ourselves apart, but I am willing to bet that my 70 year old self will look back and think "damn, I was a hot thing!" I'm obsessed with the idea of preserving the current self- bookmarking this page for the future.​​

#2 I am an adventurous person. I will always try something new, whether it's riding BMX bikes, racing a car, doing something wild to my hair, or riding a motorcycle. I will always go on a road trip when the opportunity presents itself. Basically, I am the friend you call when you need someone to help you move across the country; I'll bring the snacks. My sense of adventure and love of learning new skills is what brought me to photography. I really just wanted to try something new and here I am, doing what I love.

When I'm photographing someone, I LOVE it if they have the same adventurous and easy-going spirit as me and the vulnerability to show the real life stuff. When you let go of your comfort zone and say yes to the adventure, magic happens.
